You can withdraw your purchase contract directly online within the statutory withdrawal period. You can also use the same form to request a return under our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Return policy

We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return under our voluntary return policy, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: new, unused and, if possible, complete in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping is at your own expense. Items returned to us without a prior withdrawal or return request may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. Once the return has been accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.


European Union: 14-day withdrawal period

Regardless of the voluntary return policy mentioned above, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that the goods were delivered within the European Union.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made automatically to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at info@meiart.de.
